West Jordan is the large, dense city directly north of us and one of the most populous in Utah. It is less planned and more organic than its neighbours: decades of housing layered on top of each other, from seventies and eighties subdivisions through nineties infill to newer apartments and townhomes, all packed considerably tighter than the wide-lot cities to the south.
Density and age are what shape our West Jordan work. The housing is older than South Jordan's west side and denser than Riverton's, which means smaller garages worked hard by larger households, and a lot of original hardware from the eighties and nineties that has simply reached the end. There is also more townhome and HOA-managed property here than anywhere else we serve, which brings its own approval process for anything that shows from the street.
