South Jordan is home. Our shop is on Beckstead Lane, roughly in the middle of a city that stretches from the Jordan River on the east all the way out to Daybreak and the foot of the Oquirrhs on the west. That span covers two completely different eras of building: the older established neighbourhoods around the river and the historic core, and the enormous master-planned community that has grown up on the west side since 2004.
Being based here means the shortest drives on our map and a genuine familiarity with both halves of the city. On the east side we work on established homes with hardware that has been through twenty or thirty valley winters. On the west side, in Daybreak, we work within community design standards and with builder hardware that has arrived at its first failures in large, predictable waves. Knowing which city we are driving into changes what goes on the truck.
