Herriman is the city west and south of us, climbing the bench toward the Oquirrh foothills. It has been one of the fastest-growing places in Utah for two decades, and almost everything here is new: subdivisions stepping up the slope, wide streets, and houses positioned to take the valley view back east toward the Wasatch.
Elevation and exposure define our Herriman work. Up on the bench the wind comes off the Oquirrhs with nothing to break it, and a garage door is the largest flat surface on the house — we see more wind-related damage here than anywhere else in the valley. The slopes matter too: steep drives mean water and snowmelt run toward some garages, and a door at the bottom of a grade collects everything the street sends down.
